Response to Taryn's Week # 3
I agree with Taran i dont think that there is anything wrong with not wanting to have children and if you and your husband agree that you dont want to have children then it shouldnt matter what everone else thinks. If you had a baby now would you really be having it for yourself or would it be to please your mother, ya know? I firmly believe that parent who have a child because they want a child end up raising well behaved, intelligent, caring active children. I also believe that when parents have a child even though they didnt want one the child tend to be raised out of spite so to speak and therefore the kids tend to be more misbehaved and attention getters. When the child was wanted by the parents the parents tend to spend all their time and energy raising the child in a way they see fit and the child is happy but when a child was not necessarily wanted then the parent unintentionally doesnt spend all their time and energy with the child and sometimes the child doesnt feel like they belong. It wasnt the intention of the parent to make the child feel that way its just the way it comes across. Im not saying that if you happened to get pregnant that your child wouldnt turn out to be a great kid or that you wouldnt put all your attention and care into raising that kid i just believe that parents who want children deserve to have them. If you know that you dont want to have children you shouldnt have to have them, that is your own personal choice and there def is nothing wrong with that at least you know before you have one right!
